Customer Service Representative
Current- Acts as the liaison between clients and tutors.- Manages schedule conflicts, substitution needs, transitioning clients and other related matters.- Prioritizes tasks based on urgency.- Dispatches relevant client communication to the CSR team for support box distribution and assignment.- Provides timely updates (within 24-48 hours) to promote client delight.- Coordinates and maintains client relations through email and phone communication.- Assists tutors when outreach to clients is needed.- Directs new and existing clients to Advisors for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
