• Hired, trained & led our Inside Sales Team, managing as many as 300 small bookstore & chain accounts.
• Developed our financial strategy for guaranteed-sale arrangements and sought out non-traditional book accounts to implement these promotions. Anderson Merchandisers (later obtained by Readerlink) was my entry into.
• Managed our business with Amazon and led our supply chain development to meet their needs, with regards to EDI standards, shipment accuracy, and order turnaround time. We implemented many of these processes for other.

• The CEO of ABC hired me to structure the Accounting & Finance processes for the business. This involved the following:
• Obtained proper credit applications for all clients and set credit limits for these unsecured accounts.
• Collected these accounts, and when I left the position, we were 96.4% current. I made inroads and developed relationships with many finance managers that would ensure on-time payment to ABC before other debtors.
• Hired and trained a new A/R manager to maintain the accounts and relationships that were established.
• Cleaned up all GL accounts for tax preparation purposes.
