1- In- Charge, for project implementation, in Planning, Manpower Control, Material and Equipment requirements. 2- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. 3- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications. 4- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.5- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.6- Civil Inspection and Supervision on Construction works from Site preparation, Planning, Excavation, Reinforced Concrete Works, and Infrastructural works . 7- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.8- Liaising with clients, Suppliers, subcontractors to insure construction smoothness.9- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.10- Preparing site reports and all required Work Permit.11- Ensure that all subcontractors and workforce aware of risk and all pre work are implemented before work start.

1 - Responsible for infrastructure works, precast construction, and casting construction. 2 - Reviewing Steel Erection drawings. 3- Organizing contractors' work, meeting their needs and supervising their work. 4 - Follow-up the precast supply business and stand on its observations, installation work, processing works, supply places and manpower needed. 5- Checking all deliver materials in term of specs and arranging in storing yard according to construction sequence. 6 - Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (columns / frames Erection). 7- Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted and erected one time. 8- Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracings between frames (with consideration of erection sequence). 9- Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection. 10- Supervising erection of Dressing (erection of small beams, bracings, angles, C-Channels and other medium & light steel items). 11- Supervising Erection steel handrails and gratings.

1- Review project documents for technical accuracy and competency and ensure designs conform with client standards 2- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. 3- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.4- Prepare materials tracking list and schedule material deliveries to ensure all the received materials it’s according to project specification, and following storing condition and arrangement. 5- Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages order. 6- Conduct routine site visit to assess the work performance done by all subcontractors and direct crew and compare the Actual progress and planned. 7- Gather and verify daily report by my crew and prepare daily, weekly, monthly report for construction Manager, and highlighting the issues could be problems. 8- Supervision of finishing works
