-Establish a plan and scheduling for calibrating all monitoring and measurement equipment used in our organization and follow up its implementation Control of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment and equipment control.- Care out the internal calibration processes and complete its record according to calibration plan and Contact the calibration company in order to arrange the external calibration date - Follow up the implementation of the external calibration according to calibration plan and receipt of calibration certificates, review and record the results Participate in the machine, product and process validation-follow up for• Ensure that Quality Inspectors are appropriately qualified to complete inspections.• Ensure that Quality Inspectors are familiar with the operation, storage, and maintenance of each piece of inspection, measurement, and test equipment they use.• Use inspection measuring and test equipment in accordance with applicable Work Instructions and Inspection Procedures.• Report damaged or suspect inspection measuring and test equipment to Quality Assurance upon discovery.• Ensure that the operating environment for the equipment is controlled to extent specified by the author of the Work Instruction or Inspection Procedure. • Store inspection measuring and test equipment in the container supplied by the manufacturer or in accordance with the manufacturers storage instructions.-Establish a plan of the qualification file and scheduling of it and collected all the required data to creation the qualification file of machine used in Haidylena and follow up its implementation according to WI.[equipment control].-Open a file for the new equipment with its name and assign a unique sequential location number to the equipment qualification file.-Plan to proceed through equipment qualification program for the new equipment and Retain the supplier quotation in its appropriate section Supplier quotation control.-

-Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; Ensuring that the production is cost effective, produced on time and of good quality-Working out the human and material resources needed-Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed-Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs-Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals-Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed-Supervising and motivating the subordinates and reviewing their performance-Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.-Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records-Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.-Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.-Review plans and confer with research and support staff to develop new products and processes.-Institute employee suggestion or involvement programs.-Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.-Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production -Report the Meantime Between Failures, Meantime To Repair, and Mean Down Time.
