I also leverage WordPress to create themes and plugins, and apply SEO techniques to boost organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.With over 5 years of experience in IT administration, I have managed and maintained IT infrastructure and systems for UNDP Syria and Syrian Arab Red Crescent, leading a team of 5 IT professionals and overseeing computer systems, networks, and software. I have implemented new systems that increased productivity by 20% across 5 subbranches, and contributed to website development for SARC, enhancing their online presence and supporting their overall IT infrastructure.I have a strong educational background in computer engineering and computer science, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Damascus University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Technical Institute in Daraa. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of the People, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in programming languages, software development, and database concepts.
