I am a positive, ambitious and commercially aware Store Manager at Moss. I'm responsible for maximising the performance of the store, driving sales and leading team in a fast paced hands on environment.My main goal is to continue to increase my stores profitability, to walk in the shoes of our customers and to be exceptional in everything I do, by providing elevated customer service, a store environment that stands out in the market and working as a team to meet and exceed both our customers expectations and business goals.

As a part my duty I've continue to deliver excellent customer service by being present on the shop floor making sure all customers are greeted and their demands are met. I train and develop staff on a regular bases so that they are very knowledgeable on our products and are equipped to meet customers demands.I generate sales by merchandising to a very high standards and ensuring promotional materials are consistently displayed in timely manner so that profitability of the store is maximised to achieve core growth. Supporting the Store Manager to develop and deliver plans to build store sales, customer retention and brand loyalty including local events, corporate relationship building and wedding shows.Over seeing the Processing of transactions (sales and refunds) in line with Moss Bros policy and process. Understanding local competitors, trading conditions and giving relevant feedback to the store team. Liaising with other Moss Bros stores and departments in order to maximise sales and profit.Checking weekly financial paper work is accurate and then sending it to Sales Accounting department at Head Office in timely manner. Visual Standards, Team and Stock ManagementEnsuring Moss Bros standards of stock presentation are maintained at all times. I have to lead the team to implement Moss Bros visual merchandising standards as well as presenting a smart and tidy image in appearance. Organising the team to ensure stock checks and counts are completed accurately and in line with Company process while assisting inbound and outbound deliveries. Leading and motivating the team to drive excellent performance standards in all area. I coach and develop the team through induction of new team members, on the job training, performance reviews and development plans.Supporting the Store Manager in the management of disciplinary and grievance process.Supporting the Store Manager in completion of attendance returns, new starters, changes and leaver documentation.
