With a BSc in Food Science and Technology from Al-Azhar University, I am a Quality Control Supervisor at Agthia Group Egypt LLC, a leading food and beverage company in the region. I oversee the quality assurance and control processes of food products, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.I work with a team of quality inspectors and engineers to perform tests, inspections, audits, and validations of raw materials, finished products, and equipment. I also monitor and analyze quality data, identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions. I have proficiency in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), computer-aided design (CAD), and Microsoft Excel, which I use to optimize quality performance and efficiency. I am passionate about improving the quality and safety of food products, and contributing to the growth and innovation of the food industry.
