Equinix is the world’s leading data center provider. Equinix’s International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) facilities house data centers for 9,500+ companies worldwide. At Equinix, I work with the Global Product Development and User Experience teams to help with the redesign of the Equinix Customer Portal, besides juggling various design responsibilities across multiple portal projects. On any given day, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Leading design reviews with a range of cross-team stakeholders.• Researching interaction design trends and methodologies to create design studies and cases based on findings. • Coordinating and participating in user testings and user interviews. • Leading and executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. • Applying critical thinking to a variety of complex user problems, taking into account business objectives and technical constraints. • Developing a range of UX deliverables, including task flows, IA diagrams, wireframes, and high-resolution mockups.

During my time at Apple: • I created wireframes, UI mockups, storyboards, user flows, process flows, interaction prototypes and user testing for those two web applications. • Utilized my adaptable communication skills to effectively translate technical and business language. • Documented and communicate business needs and requirements.• Created style guides to be used cross-functionally. • Educated project team members on business unit goals, objectives and the value of information technology and UX Processes.

• At Qlik, I was fortunate to work on BI & data visualizations projects directly with clients such as NFL, Planet Hollywood, McKesson, Lufthansa airlines and more. • I co-created and implemented the UX design process across the consulting practice, developed web application designs for clients and internal projects and developed data visualization techniques for both analytical specialists and everyday users.• Built working prototypes, click-through’s, wireframes and animated storyboards, using HTML5/CSS3 design tools to demonstrate Qlik Sense UX.• Developed and documented standard Web application guidelines and facilitated a fast-moving, iterative, agile approach to development.
