Liasing with the Local authorities, Muncipilities, owner representatives & related party contractors and sub-contractors to maintain proper adherence to the best standard and practice in the industry.Follow up and attending the onsite inspections by the regulating authorities to provide a feedback to thier inquiries and to respond to thier comments. Poses an excellent understanding over the governmental procedures and local authorities requirments in order to obtain the required approvals. Projects Engineer which is responsible for all site electrical works and following up mechanical and HVAC works. Projects: Cambridge Business Centre in DSO, Champions Tower 1 in DSC - Dubai. Also responsible for full installation of steam boiler and hot water systems.Projects: Maliha military hospital in Sharjah and four Seasons hotel in Abu Dhabi.• Approved from DEWA as an Electrical Engineer (Jan 2017).• Membership of United Arab Emirates Society of Engineers (Jan 2017).• Reporting, time estimating and supervision skills for Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC department.• Designing Load schedule and single line Diagrams for LV power system as per DEWA regulation.• Studying all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.• Raising request for information (RFI) for any conflict information within the project technical document.• Raising material inspection request (MIR) for electrical equipment to get approval.• Reviewing the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project specifications.• Following up the obtaining of drawings and materials approvals.• Ability to manage and give full extensive instruction to work team.• Executing the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.• Following up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements.• Monitoring of Subcontractors performance.• Prepare the daily report, weekly report for site progress and two weeks look ahead program.• Analyzing and resolving field problems.• Knowledge of local authority rules and regulations.• Making material requisitions for electrical / mechanical items.
