Duties: • Providing guidance and direction to establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) system and approaches in compliance to international standards, and ensures their effective application on the specified operations, and works to overcome any related obstacles, • Reviewing and approving the technical procedures for quality inspection and production and material handling ensuring the compliance to the Egyptian and international standards, • Reviewing the standards and performance measures (KPIs) of the overseen functions ensuring their alignment to the set objectives and monitoring their timely implementation, analyzing periodic reports regarding performance against set standards and recommending the necessary actions. • Monitoring customer complaints regarding the quality of products, ensuring identifying the root causes in coordination with the concerned parties and recommending the necessary corrective and preventive actions and ensuring their effective and timely implementation. • Providing guidance and directions for identifying and planning process improvement projects that increase operational excellence and reduce costs, monitoring the timely and effective implementation, and ensuring achieving their desired objectives. • Reviewing Non Conformity Reports on a periodic basis, identifying and analyzing repeated non-conformities highlighting cost implications and recommending the necessary corrective and preventive actions and ensuring their implementation. • Monitoring and ensuring compliance of the different operations in the organization with national and international standards and legislations of Industrial Safety, Health and Environment aspects. • Ensuring identifying anticipated hazards, directing risk assessments and the development of risk control measures and monitoring the environmental aspects of different operational activities and ensuring developing and applying the required operational controls.

Duties: • Coaching and supervising the QC inspectors, • Reviewing the updates of the Egyptian and IEC standards and update the working instructions accordingly, • Responsible for approving samples of components from new suppliers or for new products, • Applying the relevant specific product standards according to the Egyptian and IEC standards, • Mentoring and training new and existing staff of QC inspectors, • Identifying the testing equipment's needed for performing the routine tests of the supplied components and finished products, • Overseeing daily QC inspections to ensure all products meet customer requirements, • Managing, reporting and solving quality issues raised in regard to customer complaints or customer satisfaction surveys, • Making recommendations for remediation on deficiencies that were identified.

Duties: Inspecting all imports including electrical components according to IEC. Preparing the required documents to insure that the ISO requirements are achieved.  Evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.  Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets.  Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the company.  Ensuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards. Defining quality measures in conjunction with working staff.  Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications. Directing workers engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.  Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports. Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.
