In addition to following up the customer's requirements and working on completing them on time. Arranging of TTs handling for all managed service project parties, and site In/out as well. • Monitor & follow Emergency/Critical CM WOs in Systems and share it hourly with all parties. • Confirm the Root Cause/sub cause/Action, update owner & Regional manager approval for Critical WO's on time before closing it by HD Team. • Update Customer for Emergency & Critical issues via email & Mobile App • Follow Vendor Back office issues with HD Team and ensure all cases not related to FLM updated in HD tracker. • Follow Cancellation PCM's with General NOC and ensure all cases recorded in HD tracker. • Following with Region TL's for CM WOs which crossed long time based on Severity/target SLA to avoid exceed SLA. • Follow & support HD Team update in Mobile app groups for all regions. • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports: WOs exceeded SLA with Justification, Repeated Outage, Door Alarms during CM WOs, CMs for Environmental alarms during PMR. • Audit the updated by offices : Root cause, Sub Root Cause, action taken & update owner..
