• Planning, managing and executing production operations, Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule daily production , Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays, Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations, Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees ,Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees , documenting three Shifts tasks instructions and procedures , Ensure safety measures procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards,

• Assist in monitoring and updating existing HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs, procedures, and document control programs, Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in compliance with GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP, Prepare product and process quality reports, Research new cost-reducing solutions to improve manufacturing processes, compile, check and approve product specifications and labelling, Create Products Datasheet and Nutrition facts labels according to the new FDA regulations • Monitoring critical control points (CCP), Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing, Conduct standardized tests on products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as color & texture.

• Receiving & documentation of sample preparation and analytical activities , Preparation and sterilization of culture media , Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis for food to include: Aerobic Plate Count, Total Coliform / E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Yeast & Mold, Salmonella, Bacillus , Tests Water & Air quality , Conduct specialty projects as needed such as: gluten , protein surface residue test & Shelf Life Studies .

• Responsible for monitoring critical control points (CCP), Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing, Conduct standardized tests on products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as color & texture , compute moisture & salt content , titratable acidity , iodine test ..etc. using mathematical & chemical procedures and instruments , Collect product samples for Product Development & lab retain and do a sensory evaluation test to compare between products & Analyze test results to classify products and compare results, perform inspections on raw materials, Products & Equipment to ensure food safety , Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating & verification, Perform Chemical water tests, Provide accurate and timely Quality reporting and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.

Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation, Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing ,Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices, Collect product samples for Product Development, follow-up articles & scientific research to develop products ,Responsible for performing sanitation verification on equipment and other areas required including CIP, Responsible for monitoring and programing critical control points (CCP), Conducting package quality inspection and quality audits on products , Maintaining the highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination

Assess patients' and clients' nutritional and health needs according to the USDA instructions & ESHA SQL Food processor software, Counsel patients on special diet modifications, nutrition issues and healthy eating habits,Develop meal and nutrition plans.Checked CCP’s for HACCP, perform sanitation verification on equipment and other areas required, perform inspections on raw materials, Products & Equipment to ensure food safety, correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation, ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices
