Develop close relationships with customer teams Stay up-to-date on new techniques and competitive technologies and products Investigate and evaluate any job difficulties and/or failures to diagnose faulty operations. Prepare post-job reports / summaries for customer and Engineering manager. Verify job tickets before Field Operations submits them to the customer.
