Projects: Well Site ED-1X, ED-2X, ED-3X, DSQ1-3, SSSE1-3, NWSG 6-1, NWSG 7-1, NWSG 8-1 , DSQ 1-3,SSSE4-1 ,NSG 3-1 ,5 road preparations over 25 km Pipelines project more than 35km distance10 Well-site Preparations.7 Wells Reinstatement (Restoration)Manage 3 Plant total shutdown Central treatment plant Upgrade to Accommodate the following packages:Slug catcher finger typeCondensate stabilization PackageMechanical refrigeration package Vapor recovery unitChiller Package Utility Air Vessel Utility Air compressor Fire Water deluge valve skidPlanning Engineer Responsibilities. o Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. o Preparing external and internal progress reports.o Critically reviewing the Planning Schedules of the Sub-Contractor, providing advice for improvements, and monitoring the progress of the Sub-Contractors activities against the contract schedule identifying potential deviations, and making proposals for corrective actions.o Ensure the Sub-Contractor operates in compliance with planning processes & systems.o Provide support to project teams by auditing progress performances, reviewing schedules, analyzing schedule recovery plans, etco Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports. o Making weekly and monthly reports that indicate progress using Excel and Power BI.o Control the Project Delay by making delay analysis and issuing an extension of time Claims.o Issue New Projects Baselines.o Follow-up and Update project progress for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Phases.o Provide close monitoring of the project's effort in following the established schedule, resource utilization plan, and milestone achievement in forecasting impacts on project completiono Works As A SIMOPS planner, coordination between all parties (contractor & Operations)o Organize 3 times total shutdown schedules for the oil and gas plant.
