Company Scope of Work: Leading solution provider for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System (AAQMS), Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Water Quality Monitoring Systems and Noise Monitoring Systems. Position: Sales Engineer (Customer and Management Satisfaction is my goal) Job Description & Responsibilities:- Preparing Tenders, Proposal and Quotations, pre-sales and after sales support.- After sales follow up, preparing actual budgetary plan reporting the income and expenses based on the project movement and keep tracking on.- Good knowledge in the different petrochemical & chemical and Environment process, equipment and inquires.- Negotiation contract terms and conditions- Organization sales visit Schedule and managing the sales team movement.- Preparing quarterly, Bi annual & annual in detialed sales report showing Quotations, orders and oversee project in addition to the full forcasting reports in order to be submitted to the higher management.- Get offers, deep negotiation with suppliers, doing margin calculations, preparingthe final Quotations and submit to the Customer.- Follow up on the submitted Quotations, Technical and Commercial negations and performing the final commercial meeting & order finalizing with the customers.- Writing reports and sales lecture, providing product education and advise.- Insure sales target are met- Help clients to solve problems with installed equipment, recommended imprve materials or machinery to customers showing how changes will lower cost or increase production- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirement and provide sales and after sales support- Coordinates with other departments to deliver the materials and services based on confirmed timing schedule.- Good Knowledge in the payment & delivery terms and conditions (Ex-works, CIF, CIA, CID, etc..)- Market research for new customers, new suppliers and tracking comptiers pricing and offer
