Mea Financial Reporting (R2R)
Current● Providing timely, relevant, and accurate reports and analysis of performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.● Analyzing current and past financial data and performance, and preparing reports and projections based on this analysis – key performance metrics, variance analysis, identifying trends, and red-flagging adverse events that could impact the business.● Providing detailed analysis and commentary on Business Unit results on a weekly and/or monthly basis.● Adopting a business partnering approach and providing essential financial advice and support to key stakeholders● Ensuring business growth objectives are achieved through planning, coordination, and production of budgets and forecasts promptly.● Maintaining and developing financial models to aid planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytical review.● Managing implementation and development of online analytical reporting tools and designing efficient reports and databases.● Supporting the interim and year-end audit process by liaising with external auditors and preparing and consolidating relevant information as and when required promptly.● Preparing periodic reports for requirements and compliance● Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.● Preparing ad hoc reports and analyses as required by management.● Positively develops relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.● Working on projects within the SSC and department including key process testing & and systems (Blackline and Kyriba Integration)● Perform Balance sheet reconciliations over Black Line.● Review bad debt, accruals, prepayment, and provision calculations.
