• Preparing monthly KPIs using business intelligence software.
• Doing R&D and coordinating with the BA engineers for new automation processes.
• Consult and direct business for best use of resources to reduce cost and increase revenues.
• Monitor the automation process with RPA engineers and ensure the ease of accounting and financial cycle.
• Train the accountants by doing hands-on ramp-up sessions and ensure their ability to perform the accounting process.

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issuesFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
