Responsibilities: -• Responsible for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs using MP2 software.• Supervise the maintenance skilled technicians (Fitters, Electricians, Machinists, etc.) as they perform all maintenance related activities.• Provide engineering solutions for reliability/quality issues through effective problem solving.• Provides troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance skilled technicians.• Coordinate, evaluate and properly manage Maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) store• Coordinate the necessary details for new parts requirements: part number designation, order point, order quantity and vendor selection.• Review monthly maintenance budgets and ensures that maintenance costs are appropriate.• Coordinate with lean team members in all continuous improvement projects “Kaizen Events”.• Supervise and facilitate all lean management philosophy, tools and activities.• Ensure that the subordinates follow the safety rules and regulations.o Achievements:- Leading “Egypt modernization project” which includes: installation of D size battery & AA size metal jacket battery assembly lines.- Leading “Improve plant layout project” which includes: layout utilization, Epoxy flooring works, electrical wiring, dismantling and installation of machines.

Responsibilities: -• Direct supervision of all workshop activities (CNC, Lathe, Shaper, Drill, Welding, Forging and Metal Works) during normal operation and shutdowns.• Set and schedule the day-to-day and the long-term workshop activities and work orders using “Maintenance through Systematic Tracking and Equipment Repair” (MASTER) software. • Prepare and follow up workshop equipment maintenance plan and budget control for consumables, material and spare parts.• Evaluation of subordinates according to the appraisal scheme developed by the company.• Commitment to follow safety and environmental precautions during duties and take necessary actions in case of non-conformity according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.o Achievements:- Participate in fulfilling the requirements for obtaining a certificate of Technical Sustainable Management (TSM) from GIZ (German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH)- Set up database of “Maintenance through Systematic Tracking and Equipment Repair” (MASTER) software.
