 Beverages can making factory (250, 300, 330 ml sizes) including two mega lines with capacity above three million cans/day for each line with processes of sheet metal forming, printing, spraying, palletizing & packaging. Responsibilities: - Serve as the facilitator (in charge) of the plant during designated period(s) of time asdirected by management.  Provide administration and supervision of the plant production function as directed.  Participate in the overall inventory, production plan, budgets, staff selecting, and all otherfacets of operations.  Arrange for on-the-job training and development of subordinates' skills to ensure acontinued high level of production and morale.  Provide production, spoilage, and maintenance records and maintains subordinates' attendance, evaluation and other appropriate records.  Provide communications and dissemination of information between all crew operations.  Initiate, review, master, and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).  Establishe and maintain effective work relationships for a positive and productive workenvironment and minimize personal conflicts.  Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.  Support implementation and ongoing improvement of the food safety system.  Responsible for maintaining process quality in accordance with quality standards.  Maintain an awareness and complies with hazardous waste management and otherenvironmental management requirements in the workplace by attending scheduled trainingsessions.  Understand and respond effectively to during emergencies by being familiar withemergency procedures, equipment, and systems, as necessary. Implement contingencyplan.

• Schedule, conduct and plan for review meetings to ensure job assigned to individuals completed efficiently during normal operation & size changeover tasks. • Responsible for shift schedule to include: work load assignments/rotations, employee training, overtime assignment & back-up for absent employees.• Responsible to meet & exceed shift production goals & continuous improvement projects.• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). • Use Problem solving and troubleshooting skills using Statistical Process Control (SPC) method for monitoring, controlling and, improving a process through statistical analysis.• Supervise quality control plan to ensure that all products manufactured free of defects. • Work closely with other shift supervisors to ensure production handovers on group leaders and operators levels are effective communication tools between shifts.• Responsible for ensuring company resources (Man-Machine-Material) are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs.• Ensure that Environment, Health and Safety rules are adhered during the shift.• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.• Conduct employee performance reviews and regular feedback to production manager. o Achievements:- Recognition of outstanding performance, productivity & dedicated service for high score of production rate & reduce costs by reducing spoilage rate & material consumption

 Carbon Zinc batteries factory (AA, AAA & D sizes) including three lines with capacity about half million batteries/day for each line with processes of sheet metal forming, filling, printing & packaging. Responsibilities: -• Responsible for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs using MP2 software.• Supervise the maintenance skilled technicians (Fitters, Electricians, Machinists, etc.) as they perform all maintenance related activities.• Provide engineering solutions for reliability/quality issues through effective problem solving.• Provides troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance skilled technicians.• Coordinate, evaluate and properly manage Maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) store• Coordinate the necessary details for new parts requirements: part number designation, order point, order quantity and vendor selection.• Review monthly maintenance budgets and ensures that maintenance costs are appropriate.• Coordinate with lean team members in all continuous improvement projects “Kaizen Events”.• Supervise and facilitate all lean management philosophy, tools and activities.• Ensure that the subordinates follow the safety rules and regulations.o Achievements:- Leading “Egypt modernization project” which includes: installation of D size battery & AA size metal jacket battery assembly lines.- Leading “Improve plant layout project” which includes: layout utilization, Epoxy flooring works, electrical wiring, dismantling and installation of machines.

 El Seyouf water treatment plant including three large scale plants with capacity about one million m3/day with processes of screening, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration & disinfection. Responsibilities: -• Direct supervision of all workshop activities (CNC, Lathe, Shaper, Drill, Welding, Forging and Metal Works) during normal operation and shutdowns.• Set and schedule the day-to-day and the long-term workshop activities and work orders using “Maintenance through Systematic Tracking and Equipment Repair” (MASTER) software. • Prepare and follow up workshop equipment maintenance plan and budget control for consumables, material and spare parts.• Evaluation of subordinates according to the appraisal scheme developed by the company.• Commitment to follow safety and environmental precautions during duties and take necessary actions in case of non-conformity according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.o Achievements:- Participate in fulfilling the requirements for obtaining a certificate of Technical Sustainable Management (TSM) from GIZ (German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH)- Set up database of “Maintenance through Systematic Tracking and Equipment Repair” (MASTER) software.
