As a Client Relations Coordinator at Global Maintenance Network (GMN) and a Technical Project Coordinator at Facilitate International (FI), I apply my expertise in process and operations management to enhance workplace efficiency and customer satisfaction. I have been working with both companies since April and August 2023, respectively, and I enjoy the challenge and diversity of my roles.My passion for process management stems from my education and early career experiences. I graduated from Arab Open University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 2019, where I learned the fundamentals of economics, management, and business. I then joined LGIS as a Studies Conductor, where I worked on improving fresh water delivery processes and waste management solutions in Lebanon for two years.
