MOTIVATION STATEMENT. I have been on a journey of empowering women through entrepreneurship in the groundnut, soy,and shea value chains for 7 years. It is my belief that economic empowerment is key to women’s empowerment and social inclusion. That’s why I created a source of livelihood for myself and hundreds of women when graduate unemployment was very high. This has helped many women working with us to contribute to their children’s education and improve their living conditions.
