The tasks I perform include:- Organizing team logistics and ensuring that the field assessment team (consisting of two people) conducts a minimum of 12 home visits per day.- Coordinating daily visits with the field coordinator.- Organizing and arranging daily visits to contact the family in advance to ensure that they know the date of the visit and that the beneficiary family will be ready at home at a specific time with the required paperwork such as personal documents.- Follow up on the performance of the evaluation team by attending at least one home visit for each of the field evaluation teams daily in order to ensure that the visit is conducted smoothly.- Checking the quality of each questionnaire collected by each team daily.- Ensure that the phone number, national numbers and personal documents of the family are correct for each completed questionnaire.- Ensure the quality of the data and send the final audited questionnaires.- Inform the cooperating partner's field coordinator of any problems during home visits.
