I worked as a Project Manager on a €750k project to fully equip a new prison facility. The Project manager has a direct managerial responsibility over their production teams to implement security solutions for clients. They oversee and monitor high-value technical and financial projects. In close collaboration with the client, they conduct periodic steering committee meetings and, in their advisory role, generate additional project sales to meet client needs.The Project Manager at ERYMA :-Takes ownership of the assigned production-Develops their business and maintains the quality of client relationships-Ensures the profitability of their business activities-Manages their team members and fosters their growth potential

-Installation of security equipment (badge reader, surveillance camera, "Abloy" lock, opening detector, and manual trigger) -Migration of an IT surveillance system to a server-Utilization of Security Desk / Config Tool software -Installation and configuration of security workstations
