 Preparation of all project baseline plans to meet the defined success criteria for time, cost, resource, quality & safety. Work closely with project stakeholders to obtain status updates to feed into the monitoring of the baseline plans (Reports, site visits, meetings etc.). Ensure reporting criteria and templates are completed by the project workstream leads so that actual status plans can be updated. Prepare project status reports for review sessions with project stakeholders as and when required. Assessing the impacts of design/construction changes and schedule slippages. Help to define Project Management & Risk Management processes, procedures and templates as required. Monitor and action all risk response actions and escalate key risks & issues to Planning Manager & workstream lead. Work with team members to assess the impact of risks & issues and re plan as and when required.

 Supervising all planning and cost requirements. Preparing Baseline Schedules for the company’s projects (resource and cost loaded). Preparing tender programs. Preparing TIA and EOT for the company’s projects. Preparation and presentation of the weekly progress and reports to clients, site and management. Following up site daily reports while utilizing excel macros for auto-arranging and organizing of multiple reports in a single consolidated file for further analysis and reporting Following up the cost allocation and making weekly cost report using the earned value method. Preparing monthly cost report for the projects and for the company overall.

 Study contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications. Create enterprise project structure, work breakdown structure, insert activities, define project calendar, add resources and assign cost using Primavera P6. Coordinate activities, milestones, track and document progress of assigned responsibilities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with the project sponsors, leader(s), team members as well as administration, faculty and staff. Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per project specifications and issued for construction/final approved drawings from authorities. BOQ preparation of civil works. Proper management of materials and workmanship. Ensure that all the works meets the required quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

 Developing service standards & operating procedures with latest knowledge & modern skills for achieving business excellence in coordination with Stakeholders, Suppliers and Customers. Based on Estimation Information sheet, kick off meeting, Bill of Quantity and Contract drawings, I will coordinate with Project Managers to prepare the Preliminary Contractual Schedule if it is required by the main contractor. Establishment and development of Master Schedules for all projects. Develop and maintain detailed project requirements and schedule using MS Project/Primavera P6 and track them to insure they meet deadline deliverables. Review contracts, budgets, spending reports and logistics data to develop a comprehensive overview of project expenses. Responsible to control and monitor projects total expenditure including verifying and checking claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. Coordinating with Project managers & site Engineers to get the actual status of the projects. Preparing Claims for Extension of time (EOT).

 Studies Project Specifications, Drawings & Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Planning Point of View. Create enterprise project structure, work breakdown structure, insert activities, define project calendar, add resources and assign cost using Primavera P6. Review contracts, budgets, spending reports and logistics data to develop a comprehensive overview of project expenses. Base Line Program Planner for any new projects. Updating projects Daily, weekly & monthly. Allocating Resources, Cash flow & Quantities & Preparing needful charts, graphs & histograms. Preparing Claims for Extension of time (EOT). Reporting to Consultant and Client showing Site Progress and Attending meetings to show Area of concern and reasons of delay. Reporting to the PM the status of Site and Percentage of work. Coordinating with Project managers & site Engineers to get the actual status of the projects. Preparing Planned Material Procurement schedule. Preparing recovery plans & revised programs (in case of delay), alert and update the Planning Manager/Project Manager with the project Progress. Coordinating with Sub-contractor for project schedule finalization and monitoring the progress.
