- Ensures business support operations are going as planned on daily basis.- Report on APN solutions delivery progress through planning, creation, and testing phases on monthly basis.- Troubleshoot APN solutions technical problems reported by Etisalat's corporate clients, through all nodes inside the cellular network to ensure traffic is passing through PS, IPBB, and Firewall nodes to the final destination secured and maintained as agreed.- Meet with corporate client's IT/Networking directors to ensure all their business's communication / network requirements are properly addressed and being implemented at Etisalat as planned.

- Provide post-delivery business solutions and technical support incidents to our corporate clients in each of; Data APNs over 3G cellular network, email and web hosting, cloud platform, and e-learning schools.- Report on vendors', and internal departments' SLAs and commitments against our clients, to get a clear and insightful picture of our CRM status on quarter basis.- Incorporate monthly internal User-Acceptance-Tests and onsite feedback-meetings with our clients to make sure we're kept being updated on the latest and cutting-edge techs in telecom market.

- Mentor iOS and BiOS Developer Nanodegrees students at Udacity's discussion forums. - Provide technical solutions and explanations to students questions, through Xcode and Swift at home-based-enviorment.
