Develop and maintain, an updated database of Administration services suppliers who meet the company’s cost and quality objectives and recommend.Order rented cars and provides assistance to facilitate transportation and accommodation of visitors.Responsible for following up on Catering, restaurant and kitchen to ensure better service and maintain the highest level of hygiene & Issue buffet items and monitor the consumptionSupervise the maintenance of buildings, office equipment ,sanitary ,electricity maintenance, furniture, toilets and plantation & supervise issuing stationary & monitor the consumption
