We currently offer CPI / CPA / CPE / CPR and other forms of performance-based advertising options. we're integrated with +8K pubs/partner’s and featuring in BIG platforms like FreeCash & Swagbucks.At Notik, Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Lead a team of publisher managers to drive revenue and exceed targets of advertiser's business. - Responsible for leading the Partner Success team (Adv) & User acquisition excellence. - Managing pub/adv portfolio (Around +120 ad networks, +8k pubs, 8-10M leads, 3M $ business)- Established different monetization tools such as: API, Surveys Router, CPI, CPA, CPR, Multi-events CPE, Web based offer-wall, Mobile offer-wall, SDK, and stand-alone offers from our networks.- Integrated new surveys API & market research i.e. Cint, SAGO, Lucid, InnovateMR, Dynata, ROM, PS- Fraud detection (analysis of several variables to detect and prevent fraud)- Nurture current partnerships to ensure strategic, long-term ventures and company growth. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the advertiser's campaigns according to their objectives. - Conduct daily/weekly campaign optimizations and monitoring. - Encourage, support, and develop the publisher team, monitor their success. - Supporting the company in team scalability recruitment process and conduct performance reviews.
