- Primary purpose of the roleResponsible for the designing, testing and implementation of routine installations of ICT hardware; including computers, network components and multi-functional devices.- Key accountabilities• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards in order to support the systems and services used by the organization • Determine the extent to which solutions perform “as required” within the current environment to ensure that future solutions meet anticipated demand• Ensure that installations are completed to time, cost and quality, so as to minimize operational and project risk and ensure costs are contained• Ensure that the testing and handover of implemented solutions are conducted as per organizational standards, therefore reducing the risk and adverse impact of change• Lead resolution activities with customers, provide support in my area of expertise.• Deliver a range of technical support services to our internal and external customers.• Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met• Handle support issues promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established procedures• Other duties as assigned.Key challenges• Manage conflicting and/or concurrent hardware upgrade, and/or refresh projects and programs

- Provide Technical Customer Service Solution.- Installs, assembles and configures computers, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware.- Networking Workstations to Server, User previledges, Network Security, Sharing Resources, Printer Sharing,- Installs, configures, upgrades and troubleshooting all version of QuickBooks.- Troubleshoots problems with computer systems including troubleshooting hardware and software, emails, network and peripheral equipment problems. Make repairs and corrections where required.- Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software packages.- Set up and configure wireless networks.- Troubleshoots problems with wireless networks, wireless devices and wireless connection.- Handling Warranties issue on ICT Equipments.- Handling Service Level Agreement and Maintenance Contracts.Maintaining of client/server computers with new security upgrades and updates of service packs.
