• Develop, implement, monitor and review maintenance inspection ,SCADA ,control systems and condition monitoring programs and master data documents, including standard work instructions for electrical assets.• Continuous Production lines .• Provide day-to-day operational business support to restore faults, capacity or condition or rectify other problems and provide business support in terms of electrical safety, including advice in relation to high voltage switching, tag and lock out and permit to work.• Capture and analyze failure and event causes and implement strategy to effect change, performance improvement or cost reduction.• Perform root cause analysis studies on defects and other operational issues and develop and implement strategies or corrective actions to address the root causes.• Ensure spare parts analysis and availability is adequately catered for within the business.• Manage and supervise major asset overhauls or repairs.• Perform the Preventive Maintenance and services.• Ensure calibration procedures are followed and executed on time• PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fatek) and troubleshoot and other control systems.• Maintenance and troubleshooting drivers (ABB, Altivar, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, lenz, Baumuller, SEW and danfoss) & motors.• Upgrade & install new equipment in Plant wherever required• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.• Update drawings and manuals.• SCADA & HMI

• Leading team to reduce downtime of troubleshooting.• Checking spare parts and stocks for electrical maintenance.• Supervising all machines maintenance, Lighting and all cable for telephone and networks.• Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in Corrugators Line machine.• Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in Printers machines.• PLC programming and troubleshoot.• Upgrade & install new equipment in Plant wherever required• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.• Update drawings and manuals.• Maintenance and troubleshooting drivers & motors.• Scada & HMI• Steam Boiler .
