As a technical writer at APU / APIIT, I create and update technical documentation for various software products and platforms, using Confluence and Jira tools. I collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and usability of the documentation. I also provide technical support to users and staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.I am a foundation student in computer science at APU / APIIT, where I am learning the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am passionate about software and coding, and I enjoy applying my knowledge and skills to real-world problems and projects. I am an extrovert person who likes to help people and work with a team. My goal is to pursue a bachelor's degree in computer science and become a professional software developer.
