•Tactically plan daily export shipments, product selection, assigning jobs to relevant control tower planning functions e.g., Express, Freight, etc. •Makes associations and connections that lead to problem prevention, recognition, or resolution. •Ensure all orders planned are scheduled centrally using the planning solution system. •Follows up with customers on promises until the problem is resolved, and the customer is satisfied. •Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and all relevant parties within Control Tower function to ensure all targets are met. •Ensure compliance with standard operating procedure, local customs, and local government body and hazardous goods requirements. •To monitor, analyze, and evaluate the system and its operational performance, recommending future improvements. •To plan customer shipments day to day routines where possible, but maintaining the required transit time •Increase DHL revenues by utilizing DHL Express services where appropriate. •Act as a CT focal point of contact between a customer and all relevant functions within Control Tower e.g., Logistics, KAD, Operations, Gateway & Freight •Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contracts and KPIs. •Create a culture of continuous improvement in routing and scheduling activities to ensure cost-down targets are met. •Work closely with the Control Tower Manager to ensure that all operational changes are implemented effectively.

•Managing all work related to station and notes and solving them.•Follow-up and respond to emails directly and direct them to the relevant department (finance, projects, maintenance, IT).•Follow up on customer problems, communicate with them and solve the problem.•Follow up sales of station and work to achieve sales target by coordinating human resources and daily operations.•Follow up on workers welfare in designated stations.•Make an inventory of all stations during each quarter to follow up the stock and make sure that there are no shortages.•Reconcile monthly operating budget and shareupdated financials reports with the management•Assist with the training of new associates to ensurethey have the right knowledge to carry out tasksrequired.•Ensure stations and equipment defect reporting iscompleted to a high standard•Staying ready in case anything happens during the day after the end of official working hours, especially during the weekends.•Responsible for all the 24 stations in Jeddah & more than 100 workers
