Verify the design review with the site condition & ensure the design is implemented on site as approved.Delivery• Expertise in managing tenants, contractors and internal or external service providers• Manage and deliver fit-out of retail units as per Landlord’s requirements and specifications in accordance with lease obligations.• Perform a comprehensive unit handover to the operator and secure requirements prior to work commencement• Monitor construction progress by conducting regular site visits.• Manage the site inspections in accordance with approved design and specifications.• Manage the snag closure after opening and providing closure documents to the operation teamAuthority Approvals Process • Develop detailed authority approvals process flowchart• Coordinate with the Tenant contractors on all different authority submissions & approvals
