As the founder and director of innovation and strategy at Kinéz, I lead a team of talented and creative professionals who help businesses transform their challenges into opportunities through human-centered design and innovation. We have worked with clients from various industries and sectors, such as education, health, retail, and social impact, and we have published our success story in Entrepreneur magazine. My mission is to create positive and meaningful experiences for people and organizations through design. I also work as a professor and mentor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching and empowering the next generation of designers and entrepreneurs. I specialize in design thinking, service design, user experience, and strategic design, and I have multiple certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT and UVA.
