-Resident and network admin for ministry of Justice network over Egypt. - Configuring and installing all new branches nodes. - Maintain professional level of troubleshooting procedures in order to minimize service down time . - Troubleshooting physical and logical problems (OSPF - BGP - DMVPN - EIGRP - STATIC ROUTING - ACCESS LISTS ). - Dealing with Cisco router ASR9000, 7600, 3800, 2800, nexus 7000 core sw, cat4900, Cat2960 and fort iGATE .- configuring firewall (Force point) and manage all roles related to ministry of Justice over Egypt .- configuring load balancer(cetrix) for applications and adding roles, create virtual servers and implement virtual ip addresses by ports under it, configure all requirements for virtual ip by http and ssl url.

•Supporting Leased Line & Mpls Vpn Issues of Enterprise Customers.•Configuring SHDSL Local Loop Transmission on ATM and ip DSLAMs Alcatel(I-Zam), Huawei(5600,5100).•Troubleshooting PE-CE Routing(BGP, OSPF, RIP, STATIC).•Troubleshooting Inter Autonomous Systems Routing on BGP/MP-BGP.•Designing Alternative Solutions to Maintain Customer Service Level Agreement(SLA).•Receiving Customer Complaint Via Mail And Call.•Generating periodic Reports for Customers.•Working to Escalate the Repeated Problems to Finalize it Permanently.•Dealing with Different Wan Technology for (ATM, Frame Relay and Mpls) with Different Devices Including on NOL and Egynet Network.•Solving the Customer Problem( Connection Down, Instability, Delay and Packet Loss) for Local Loop,Microwave and 3G Connections.•Dealing with NE40(Platforms) and NE20 (Platforms) Routers, Huawei Switches, Netgare Switches, Juniper Routers(M7i,M10i) and Cisco Routers(7200,3600,1700,1600).•Supporting Customers on Configuring CPEs,having Solid Knowledge on Different Routing Protocols(RIP, EIGRP,OSPF,BGP),also Supporting on l3 Switch Problems.•Troubleshooting Access and Core Ospf/Mpls Network Problems Affect the Enterprise Customers and Escalate it to Responsible Team.•Supporting End Users in All Their Requests & Solving Their Lan & Wan Problems.

• Providing second level support for all issues reported from first level including using tools (Assia,tts,..) to identify root cause of issues.• Support new services and solutions development provided by company to either individual clients or institutions.• Identifying issues types and reporting to network team or data center team or noc team or maintenance visit team with issues diagnosis and action required.• Providing feedback about processes and new ideas to improve and enhance second level support cycle.• Responsible for all kinds of issues related to Domain,Mails,hosting,option pack, family internet,IPTV and wifi services.• Handling cases from first level and identify issues of logical causes and physical,if logical send it to noc team,if physical send it to iu team then fallow up updates from these dep.• Having an expert level in the contact center first level support team.
