1. Develop and implement store operating plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate branding in order to achieve and exceed sales and profitability objectives 2. Develop staff performance and evaluate them based on quarter appraisal reports3. Manage order placement / requisitioning activities in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives4. Review refund report and analyze all refunded cases to minimize total numbers of returned products5. Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership of the store team6. Ensure stock is effectively measured, controlled and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures7. Ensure all ranges are effectively merchandised in line with Virgin brand image and standard8. Monthly achievement and action plan discussion via frequent meeting assigned by Showroom manager9. Follow up staff schedule - Support in doing OJT10. Giving the customers a high quality of service -solving customers complains as per company polises
