I am interested in developing of advanced computational methods, data analysis pipelines, machine learning and deep learning workflows especially on complex data such as Bioinformatics data. I have a professional training and certification in Python, R, Data Analysis, Machine Learning and Deep Learning from online courses, specializations and nanodegrees from MIT, IBM, DeepLearning.ai and Udacity. I have earned 3 scholarships from Egyptian Ministry of IT and Communication in programming and data science. I have completed a master degree in Cancer Biology and Biostatistics, Computational Biology Diploma and internship in single cell method development. I built many projects using Python, data cleaning, data analysis, machine learning and deep learning on real complex datasets and images. In addition, I have completed many projects in Bioinformatics data analysis and integration on bulk multi-omics and single cell, machine learning on bioinformatics and method development on single cell using Python, R, statistical data analysis and machine learning.
