● Lead the review, discussion, and finalization of ENC’s organizational restructure – specifically, technology/network business division restructure – with the contracting consultants (Motorola Solutions & Airwaves Solutions) leading to the approval of the resultant organizational structure as the first step towards ENC future transformation.● Work with Consultants to Create the ENC Organization process Maps, Introductions, and Descriptions, a summary of KPIs, owners, and key players for each process.● Started the Process development, implementation, and continuous improvement according to CCM Model (Process Capability Maturity).

● Lead the review of ENC’s TETRA network billing system design and ensured the fulfillment of ENC’s requirements throughout the implementation phase. ● Participated in the modeling, testing, and modification of ENC’s billing/charging process including but not limited to billing system technical specifications, design integrity, billing/charging modeling, and revenue/cost structure modeling jointly with the performing organization – i.e. Motorola Solutions.● Worked jointly with the performing organization to deliver ENC's Chart of Accounts and billing model, in addition to the preparation of the first-input pass used by the ENC’s suppliers to deliver the designed billing system.

● Conducted customer data collection activities (Customer Needs Surveys) from ENC's customers that required to design of a proper fleet mapping (Capacity planning and management) for the NTN project.● Defined customer feature subsets available to personnel using radios and dispatch consoles control rooms in addition to organizing the subscriber system IDs in a logical structure, coherent with customers’ organizational structure and with TETRA system limitations taking into consideration future system expansions.

● Took a leading role from ENC’s side in the Review and modification of the network detailed design of the ENC’s TETRA System Architecture jointly with the performing organization in Rome, Italy ensuring in turn, the fulfillment of ENC’s requirements and compliance with the customer needs.● Directly supervised the installation and the associated acceptance tests of the two main sites including ENC’s NTN core network equipment.
