I have worked with my team of up to 20 people at different prestigious projects where precision assembly was required, my emphasis is to solve an issue taking in consideration technical drawnings, budgets and time-scales. Some of the projects I have worked on: - Precision Assembly of a45 level metal strutture within a Dam internally connected by a lift and staircase in Ethopia. - Precision Assemby of the tower of Roseto, where it was particular difficult due to the elevated height of 36m of the tower and timescales of assembly. I solved it by creating a structure of 3 platforms of 12m each, this avoided long assembly time-scales and saved budgets.- Assemby of mall surface “La Torre” – Italy, I used the sandwick panelling to create the surface.- Assemble metal structure for escaltor and surface cover in ONDULIT- Assembly of support structure for electrical wire, gas and water tubes and emergency staircase inside a commercial centre- Assembly of photovoltaic (solar panels) of different dimension as a subcontractor to Fabio Gentili, the solar panel system were as big as 10 Giga Watt.- Assembly of a heavy metal structure and wood structure to achieve different forms at the surface cover of buildings- subcontractor of ESSI-CI.- Assembly of shelving within an industrial freezer, where the temperature had to be held constant at -28°C , the assembly was done without switching off the system and using special safety equipment.- Assembly of faceds using ALUCOBOND and Glass- Installation in Tunisia as a subcontractor with REIN di Constatino Rozzi of heavy production machinery to produce pre-assembled pannels- Installation of 3 press for a big production plant of OCMA
