Dr. Abdelkader HAMLAT is a Professor of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, University of Laghouat. He focuses his research on water resources assessment and monitoring, water system analysis and modelling, water quality management, geographic information system, Multi-criteria decision-making, integrated urban water management, and Flood Risk Management. He has reviewed over 350 publications in reputed international journals.
