Responsible to ensure land & offshore transportation of goods and personnel required by the company to operate its production site, drilling operations, development projects and facilities at other locations; including but not limited to supervise warehouse and inventory control function for the company and provide all office an expatriate houses related supplies, utilities and associated services.

TPS (Thyna Petroleum Services) OMV joint venture, Sfax, Tunisia Logistics and Materials Supervisor November 2009 – Present:• Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse. • Coordinating racking and storing. • Maintaining high standards of materials handling. • Supervising the warehousing activities:• Control identification and creation of stock number to maintain a stock catalog,• Control delivery checks for received material in TPS Warehouse• Control all stock material movement from/to warehouse, sites and suppliers • Plan and coordinate the annual physical inventory • Optimize the use storage area• Ensure the issuing the accuracy of the material management reports • Co-ordination the material supply to satisfy production, maintenance, drilling and project requirement• Creating safety and security awareness for all supervised staff. • Insure the interface with local & international transporters / insurer and with public administration authorities. • Effectively ensure the supply chain and services for the onshore & offshore planned Turnaround operations.• Performing a tendering process for contracting services and purchasing new equipment • Monitoring contractors and 3rd party staff performance and ensuring timely action in case of low performance to maintain the required service standard.• Management of the relation with maritime agency and the transit company of TPS.Administration Management• Leading and managing the administration department and ensuring efficient and timely support function to all stakeholders. Also improving of services quality and supervision of contractors and overall efficiency of the department.• Ensure full compliances of TPS policies and procedures and local regulations• Development of annual budgets of A & G and objectives for each of the logistics and services areas and ensuring target are met• Management of TPS cars and trucks fleet
