• Performs quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.• Inspects the works and issues site instructions as necessary.• Reviews contractor’s correspondence and submittals and issues replies within the stipulations.• Provides input to the monthly progress report as directed by the resident engineer.• Participates in progress, technical and coordination meetings as required.• Check contractor’s correspondence on contractual issues (variation orders evaluation, extension of time, claims, etc.) and provides pertinent replies.• Reviews monthly payment certificates.• Compiles pertinent documentation to be issued with the taking over certificate.

• Replying for RFI’s, material submittals, technical submittals, inspection request’s, contractor letters.• Approval of shop drawings, materials.• Raising of non conformance reports to the contractor and approving of the same after rectification’s.• Co-ordination with the client, contractor, sub-consultants, & different disciplines.• Inspecting various site activities for approvals.• Conducting site meetings with officials for better solutions to problems.• Keen notification done on QAQC and safety issues.• Maintenance of daily reports and records.

Lead, direct and monitor the performance of all Inspectors and support staf on team.• Monitor progress, assessment of standards, reviews, design changes and advise RE as to progress• Follow up all the site & contractor, with all relevant works including inspecting site works and materials with the approved method Statements, Specifications & shop drawings• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly works reports.• Part of the project manager and interior contractor teams for snagging & final handing over
