I graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels in the Department of Tourism Studies, I worked start my career in the field of tourism, travel and airline tickets reservations, as a travel consultant I have four years of experience in reservation systems such as Amadeus and Galileo and all hotel reservation systems , I worked for more than one multinational company inside and outside Egypt, I have experience with customer service, sales and marketing, I have good communication and negotiation skills .
