With over 14 years of technical experience in the maintenance field, I am a motivated and goal-driven mechanical engineer who leads and manages the maintenance department at Gulf Food Production, a leading food manufacturing company in Qatar. I have a Grade A Engineer certificate issued by the Engineers & Consulting Offices Accrediting & Classification Committee in Qatar, as well as two LinkedIn certificates in effective leadership and transitioning from manager to leader.In my current role, I am responsible for planning, executing, and commissioning all new expansion projects, as well as overseeing the maintenance of the factory's facility, cold and hot storage, utility equipment, and production equipment. I lead a staff of 25 maintenance personnel, including eight engineers, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure the optimal performance and condition of the plant. I also prepare and present technical and financial reports, monitor and control the spare parts inventory, and maintain the quality standards and ISO requirements. I have successfully completed multiple expansion projects, reduced equipment downtime, and improved the efficiency and safety of the operations.
