-Responsible for designing several mechanical parts for buses (Frame - Body - Roof - Sides - Internals - Fibres)-Using SOLIDWORKS as design program for several sheet metal works- Producing several prototypes and supervising the manufacturing process until a final product is finished

1-I was responsible for building apparatuses converting theoretical physical phenomena for engineering students into a lab experiment that they use.. using SOLIDWORKS for design by sheet metal and then converting these designs into G-code for the laser cutting machine and the bending machine2-Modeling any required parts to be machined by CNC milling and Turning and contributing in the CNC fixture and machining operations2-supervising the assembly procedures3- fixing any problems that come up with the design

1- Design of new aircraft worthy mechanical parts2- Modification and upgrading other Mechanical parts3-using reverse engineering for manufacturing already existing parts4- selecting the proper methods for manufacturing5-selecting the proper factories from AOI factories for manufacturing6-supervising the manufacturing process7- Receiving the finished parts after quality inspections

1- I was responsible for teaching the 4th year student (CNC) subject.2- SOLIDWORKS Instructor.

1-Design of machines spare parts using SOLIDWORKS2-Design of Plastic injection Dies3-converting these designs into G-Code for the CNC machines using Edgecam software.4- operating the CNC Machines5- operating on wire cut and spark machines6- operating in the traditional workshop with milling machine and turning machines and drills and grinding
