I've started working in the first year of my four year journey in the university of cairo,faculty of commerce, as a customer service representative at VF UK Technical support, where I acquired ALot of skills that helped shape my character some of which is The value of time where one second counts as working in the operations one second could be the difference that could drop the service level,hence adherence has become a core value that I always go by.I've also strengthened my English "speaking and writing"skills to native level.by daily speaking to English customers for a whole year.After that year I've moved to UX centers to continue working as a CST Service agent where i worked in Technical and Billing support so It was a challenge to simplify the Bill for the Customers and solve their disputes about it, and that was where I acquired one of the most important skills, which is Tenacity for learning. I didn't stop until I was clearly able to learn how to simplify the bills to the Cst which in its turn was rewarding as I was able to over achieve my KPI's due to customers being satisfied.This short but fulfilling journey of two years gave me a good understanding of how employees are like bricks that build the company if one falls the others are going to have a tough time balancing the building which implies the importance of team work.Now that I've graduated iam looking forward to continue thriving, and facing new challenges in new fields.
