- Responsible for daily courier’s lifetime operations, From supply process through all channels till performance and success rate.- Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations to ensure the operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.- Build and manage relationships with couriers.- Validate all documents process on the application during courier's submission.- Check & Review all orders for couriers to maintain a smooth bonus application.- Responsible to coach and training couriers to get the highest couriers experience, to reach our Supply efficiently, and thereby meet Mrsool growth targets.- Assess suppliers/ambassador incentive scheme, propose a new incentive scheme when needed, propose a rewarding program for suppliers when needed.- Analyze couriers' performance, set plans to raise courier's performance, and track daily supply figures.- Following up with couriers' issues (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents) and providing all necessary support. - Handle couriers’ retention.- Handle NPS survey.- Prepare couriers' payment sheet twice a week and send to finance team, settle couriers' accounts who pay their due payments, troubleshoot couriers' payments through their CIB wallet.- Responsible for_Dealing with suppliers

Handling all the issues which faces the courier through Delivering orders.Manage the Zone occupancy with the suppliers.Handling all the payments with the suppliers.

Managing incoming chats service inquiries.- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Build positive and sustainable relationship with clients through open and interactive communication for business growth.- Ensure that client requests are handled, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
