I am an experienced IT professional living in Isle of Man, United Kingdom. I have more than 15 years of work experience in Microsoft, ConnectWise, Infoblox, VMware, Veritas, Symantec & BeyondTrust technologies. I worked for Riela Group, Microsoft Corp, Ministry of Fianance in KSA, Saudi Business Machines, Global Knowledge, EgyptAir, and other companies. I played various roles, including a Senior Technical Engineer, a Solutions Consultant, a Technical Account Manager, and a PreSales Engineer. Moreover, I have a B.Sc. in Communication & Electronics (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering – Communications and Electronics). I believe one of my best skills is the ability to understand business requirements, relate them to technology capabilities, and then architect the most suitable infrastructure solution. Moreover, my deep understanding of the theory behind technology gives me a unique capability to troubleshoot problems and support colleagues. This is all facilitated by a gift of very fast learning skills.
