• Monitor suppliers account details for terms of payment, credit terms and other irregularities• Vendor Payments to be processed as per each vendors credit terms without incurring any late payment charges and missing out on any vendor rebates• Responding to all vendors' inquiries regarding financial issues• Reconcile accounts payable transactions• Prepare cheques and both local and foreign transfers • Handle the daily banking transactions / relations• Prepare and review letter of guarantee(LGs) format • Review bank statements and prepare reconciliations• Prepare loans schedule and due payments• Liaise with internal departments for all banking services / quires
