As the Accounting Data, Reporting and Automation Manager at Circle, a leading financial technology company, I leverage my CPA and MM credentials and my data analytics expertise to create and optimize financial processes, data management, and automation systems. I extract and harmonize financial data from multiple sources, including ERP, internal databases, blockchain, and spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy by performing detailed analysis and research. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align data architecture and data model with accounting reporting and reconciliation automation. My goal is to provide Circle with optimal financial visibility and strategic insights, and to enable scalable and efficient solutions for complex accounting challenges. I have successfully resolved exceptions, integrated processes into the ERP, and increased data quality and reliability. Prior to joining Circle, I worked as an Accounting Department Manager at Prometeia, where I gained valuable experience and honed my auditing, capital verification, fund management and UFIDA financial software I have also gained valuable experience as an Accounting Department Manager at Prometeia. I also hold a Master's degree in Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Financial Technology from Sichuan University.
