1- Focused in customers retention through follow up calls & text messages .2- Issuing of online policies for insurance companies such as Dar Al Takaful , AIG , Al Wathbah , Methaq Takaful , Al Dhafrah , Arabian Scandinavian insurance .3- Processing and accounting of policies cancellations , debit notes , extensions and endorsements.4- Attend meetings and programs to learn about new products and services , learn new skills , and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts .5- Calculate premiums and establish payment mothed .6- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy , to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes , or to change beneficiaries .7- Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage .8- Calculate premiums and establish payment method.9- Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).10- Responsible for doing the telesales and meet customers face to face.11- Follow up for payment.12- Develop new sample for client.13- Maintain good relation with client14- Issue policies for motors and quotations for the clients .15- Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage.16- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks17- Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.18- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.19- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.20- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
