CurrentResponsible for delivering measurable commercial benefits by examining new ways of providing group-wide services and then seeing those through to implementation to realise efficiencies. Specific areas of responsibility include accounting, client onboarding, regulatory reporting, credit control and cash collection and require close coordination with key functions including Finance, IT and Integration.• Engage with leadership in new business development strategy formulation & implementation, process restructuring, financing and deal closure to increase Assets under Management and eliminate unproductive deals.• Designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions.• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.• Ensure compliance with local and international law.• Managing multinational client accounts and supervising a 7-member team in Business Operations across multiple geographies.• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the MENA region.• Hands-on approach over various projects, from RFP to delivery.• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with the company's mission, objectives, and strategic goals.• Networking to drive growth and expand the company’s presence in the region.• Manage and nurture relationships with existing investors, partners, and key stakeholders in the market.
