• Key accountabilities :- Safety management (risks analysis, accident enquiries, team training, audit…), - Up-dating of the HACCP system and PRP plan and manufacturing best practices - Deployment of operation excellence program DaMaWay (Danone Manufacturing Way) - Participate in the results analysis of the activity according to the SQCDMN - Elaboration of the Road Map related to the Site Master Plan - Driving the production related to dan’up activity with lean manufacturing implementation- Utilities production management and monitoring of the performance to reduce the energy cost - Elaboration of the maintenance policy and follow-up of the KPIs and improvement actions- Accountable for elaboration of the maintenance budget and CAPEX budget - Participate in the optimization of the controllable costs and propose plans for improvements- Implementation of CAP organization ‘’Autonomous production Cells’’- Implementation of AM ‘’autonomous maintenance’’ - Projects Management based on Sherpa Methodology : Needs, preliminary definition, detailed definition, execution, Ramp-up, closing and post mortem evaluation- Conception of the new installations and production lines according to the global technical specifications including : safety in design and food safety requirements with TCO reduction Focus- Leading, evaluating and developing a team to ensure performance Vs agreed standards services

• Key accountabilities : - Define and Implement procurement strategies & policies, procedures and rules- Leading the calls for tender related to the spare parts procurment and outsourced operations- Management of the Projects Purchasing Category : Process, production lines, Packaging machines, utilities, Civil works, building….- Management of Technical Equipments Purchasing Category and remain up to date with new technologies- Participation to the workshops related to the ONA synergy project - Elaboration and follow up of the investment agreement signed with the government- Supplier Management (Evaluation, audit, search for new suppliers, negotiation, contracts) - Purchases Analysis to set up the action plan of improvement by following-up the KPI’s- Build and develop the win-win partnership with the key suppliers- Sourcing and supplier market surveys (focus on low TCO)- Organization, training and team development• Main achievements : - 20% Saving of spare parts & maintenance products cost, -50% saving of (upright coolers TCO),-30%(Milk cooling tanks TCO), reduction of projects TCO By 15%- Elaboration of the investment agreement for tax exemption - Leader of the project “Blue’’ Asian market Sourcing (india & china)for new investment opportunities- Leader of the project ‘’Purchasing Perform 2012’’ (delegation and purchasing restructuration)- Leader of the purchasing category of: Fuel, lubricants, tires as part of the ONA synergy project- Introduction and development of new projects suppliers and reduction of the TCO and T2M - Development of the ERP system and improvement of the purchasing efficiency

• Key accountabilities :- Formulation and implementation of preventive maintenance plan for all site equipments - Animation of the failures analysis Cell to identify the corrective and improvement actions- Elaboration of the maintenance annual budget and spare parts procurement plan. - Participate in the workshops for the improvement of the quality indicators and cost reduction.- Projects management (Factory acceptance test, installation and start-up)- Participation in the optimization of the controllable costs and improvement of the site Productivity- Elaboration and validation of technical specifications related to the projects- Contribution to create and maintain a safe working environment and developing a continuous improvement culture by ensuring good work conditions in terms of hygiene, health and safety.
